"Il Falco" and "La Rosa" are part of my house situated in the Etruscan hills between Orvieto and Lake Bolsena, near the picturesque Castello San Quirico. |
I have restored this old farmhouse with plenty of love and respect in order to welcome old and new friends to these enchanting and peaceful surroundings. |
My gorgeous rose garden, a natural pool and several pergolas provide refreshment and relaxation. |
"Sally Holmes" roses are in full bloom in May-June. |

"La Rosa" is an independent apartment (90m2) in the main house, with two separate entrances. This is the main one. |
The second entrance to "La Rosa" leads to the garden. |
A path through lavender leads from "La Rosa" to the pool. |
From the natural, oxygen-purified pool (no chlorine) you'll have the total view of Tione valley. The pool sizes 11 x 4.5 m. |
